Where has the snow gone? - to China maybe

Now this is how I expected Stockholm to look for most of January and February ...

but this is the first snow I have seen fall in the city since November!! (I did miss some at the start of January). Almost every Stockholmer I have spoken to says they have never seen anything like it, it is the warmest winter EVER, with every day peaking above zero and no ice whatsoever in the harbour.
I have doubts whether this snow will stay as rain is forecast this week.
Update: the above photo was taken around 11, by 4 most of the snow had been washed away by the rain :-(
